Intentional Coaching

At Intentional Coaching, we are dedicated to providing a high-quality and enriching experience to the client of our online certified coaching services.
To ensure the smooth operation of our coaching sessions and to maintain fairness and consistency, we have established a clear and transparent cancellation policy.
This policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with cancellations and refunds. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to this policy.
Coaching sessions for the client will be scheduled only after the full payment of the fee by the client.
Cancellations before beginning the coaching contract are eligible for a full refund of the coaching fee. The refund will be processed within 14 days after the receipt of the email request from the client.
Cancellations made after starting the coaching sessions will incur the full coaching fee and it is non-refundable.
Failure to attend the program without prior notice will result in forfeiture of full coaching fees and it is non-refundable.
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing through email to coachpriyab@yahoo.com. Please include the participant’s full name and the coaching contract’s starting date in the subject line of the email.
Intentional Coaching may change or amend this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are fully aware of and agree to any such changes.
The Refund and Cancellation Policy is effective from January 15, 2025.
